Price: $250
Children and aspiring chefs entering grades 5-12 are invited to join Chef Cynthia Malik and staff at Central Arkansas' premier culinary institute. Students will spend five days honing their skills by rotating through stations in the kitchen (starters, snack and breakfast, entree and dessert). Chef coats and hats will be provided, along with a recipe packet. Youth chefs will feast on the nutritious meals they prepare, including breakfast, snack and lunch. On the last day of camp, chefs will invite two guests each and will prepare and serve a three-course meal reflecting the skills they have learned.
