Upward Flag Football programs develop athletes mentally, athletically, spiritually and socially. The flag football league is designed to build football skills, character, confidence, and spirit. Young athletes play seven regular season games followed by a postseason tournament at War Memorial Stadium. Upward Cheerleading introduces athletes to the basics of the sport. Cheerleaders learns numerous cheers, chants and pom routines while discovering how to engage and excite the crowd.
