2008 Little Rock Family Halloween Photo OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
Contest begins October 13, 2008 and ends November 7, 2008. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m., E.T., on November 7, 2008. Entries become the property of Little Rock Family, 122 E. Second St., Little Rock, AR and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entrants must have Internet access and photo uploading capabilities to enter.
ENTRY: Visit www.littlerockfamily.com/halloween and click on the link to enter the Contest. Complete the registration form, then follow the links and instructions to upload one (1) current photo (taken on or after October 15, 2008) of your child between the ages of six (6) months and eight (8) years. Multiple children can be submitted in one photo and eligible for the contest. One entry per household.
Photographs must be no larger than 350 pixels wide. File names must contain NO spaces and ONLY alphanumeric characters. Photos can be color and black and white. Photos must be original, unpublished and may not have won any prize or award.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to parents or legal guardians of a child or children between the ages of six (6) months and six (6) years, who are both legal residents of the state of Arkansas. Children must be at least six (6) months old and not more than eight (8) years old as of December 1, 2008. Employees of Arkansas Business Publishing Group d/b/a Little Rock Family, 122 E Second, Little Rock, AR 72201 ( Sponsor ), and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion and/or their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and members of their immediate families or persons residing at the same address are eligible to participate.
JUDGING: Visitors to the Contest website will be invited to make one recommendation per email address during the Contest period for the entry the visitor feels should be featured in the spread of Little Rock Family. Visitor recommendations will be sole criteria used in the judging of entries. First, second, and third place winners will be awarded.
Arkansas Business Publishing Group reserves the right to delete or discount any vote that does not come from a valid email address.
The top three (3) Finalists will be notified by mail and telephone on August 20th, 2008.

First place winner will receive a full-color spread in LittleRockFamily's December issue, and custom photo session and 11 x 19 print from Waynette Traub Photography (http://www.waynettephotography.com)
Second place winner will receive Season tickets for four to Children's Theatre located in the Arkansas Arts Center , 501 East 9th Street, Little Rock, AR 72202 (http://www.arkarts.com/childrens_theatre)
Third place winner will receive family membership to LR Zoo, 1 Jonesboro Dr Little Rock, AR 72205 (http://www.littlerockzoo.com)
Second and Third place winners will also be listed in the September issue of Little Rock Family and on LittleRockFamily.com.
PRIVACY: By entering and providing the required entry information, you acknowledge that Little Rock Family may contact you regarding this Contest and may also send you information, samples or special offers they think may be of interest to you about Arkansas Business Publishing Groups publications or other complementary goods or services offered by Sponsor. Information collected from online entrants is subject to the privacy policy at www.littlerockfamily.com.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Except where prohibited, by participating Contest entrants agree that: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant(s) and Sponsor and its agents shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. Entrant agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Contest, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Arkansas and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. Except where prohibited, by participating in this Contest, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Contest but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
OTHER: Sponsor assumes no responsibility for entries they are unable to process due to network, hardware or other technical failures; or any other reason, or incomplete, damaged, misdirected, illegible, stolen or lost e-mail, mail, on-site or online entries. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the web site or otherwise in violation of the rules. Sponsor further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or modify this promotion if not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, technical corruption, non-authorized human intervention or force majeure. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to date of cancellation. The use of automated entry systems or any other conduct that impedes the integrity of the contest is prohibited. In the event of a dispute regarding online entry, entry will be deemed made by the holder of an established e-mail account associated with the entry.
GENERAL: Except where prohibited by law: (i) entry constitutes permission to use winners entry, name, hometown, voice, likeness, photograph and any statements regarding this contest for editorial, public relations, promotional and advertising purposes on behalf of Sponsor without compensation; (ii) potential winners will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and Publicity Release within three (3) days of notification or the entry with the next highest score may become an alternate winner. If winner notification is returned as undeliverable, the entry with the next highest score may become an alternate winner. By participating and winning a prize, winners release Little Rock Family, and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability with respect to the prize won and participation in the contest. Subject to all U.S. federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of winners. The winner's name will be posted on www.littlerockfamily.com after November 7, 2008.
