Arkansas Down Syndrome Association Neighborhood Block Party at Camp Aldersgate: The block party is a meet and greet event for friends and families in the Down syndrome community. The Wiz Musical at the Albert Pike Memorial Temple: Bearden Productions presents "The Wiz: The Super Soul Musical 'Wonderful Wizard of Oz,'" a glorious musical retelling of Frank Baum's classic story set in the context of African-American culture. Snakes of Arkansas at Central Arkansas Nature Center: Local reptile enthusiasts Jeremy Sloan and Brad Birchfield present a family-oriented live snake demonstration highlighting the importance of snakes to our environment.
