Mac Grill's Kids Meals feature spaghetti pomodoro, spaghetti and meatballs, pepperoni pizza, mac and cheese, cheese ravioli, grilled chicken and pasta, fettuccine Alfredo and more. 

The free meals are limited to one per adult entree ordered, this excludes Romano’s Kitchen Counter lunches, dinner meals and 3-course lunches. The offer is available for a limited time and is not valid with any other offers or discounts.
