14th Annual World's Shortest St. Patrick's Day Parade on Bridge Street in Hot Springs: This year's grand marshal is Alfonso Ribeiro. In addition, the parade will feature such delights as marching Irish Elvis impersonators; Irish belly dancers; dozens of floats and marching units; loud music; free dancing in the street afterward, and some Irish bagpipers.
