Get moving and raise money for a good cause at these fun 5K events in Little Rock and North Little Rock.

Many of the 5Ks include options for a fun walk as well as lots of activities for kids to enjoy such as face painting, bounce houses, games and more.

Here are five 5Ks to pencil in on your calendar during the next few months. 

1. Easterseals Walk With Me 5K & Family Fun Walk

Aug. 19, 7-9:30 a.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church, 4000 N. Rodney Parham, Little Rock

This event is fun for the whole family — with food, drinks and children’s activities including face painting and a petting zoo there’s no chance of boredom. The 5K takes place at 7 a.m. and the family fun walk starts at 8:30 a.m. The event is free to attend and race registration $10-$25. Visit the website for more information and to register.

2. Run With the Flock 5K/1M

Aug. 26, 6:30-9 a.m. at 4001 N. Rodney Parham Road, Little Rock

Proceeds from the second annual Run With the Flock will be donated in support of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. If mom or dad wants to run to win, they can race and compete for the top male and female awards. All 5K participants will receive a T-shirt and a medal when they complete the race and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk participants will also receive a T-shirt and a special medal. 5K registration is $30 until Aug. 13 and 1M registration is $15 until Aug. 25. 3. Race Against the Odds

Sept. 9, 7:30-10 a.m. at Burns Park in North Little Rock

The Race Against the Odds Arkansas is held in honor of Maylea Estridge, who lost her life to Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma, a brain tumor that wrapped itself around her brain stem. The 5K Run/Walk is open to all ages and registration includes a race T-shirt, light snack, drink and finisher's gift. Adult registration is $30 and registration for ages 16 and under is $25. 4. Angel One 5K/10K

Oct. 7, 8 a.m. at 6900 Two Rivers Park Road, Little Rock

The Angel One 5K/10K is a fun running event organized by the Angel One crew to help families of children transported to ACH. 5K registration is $25 and 10K registration is $30. Strollers and wheelchairs are welcome to participate in this fun run event. Enjoy face painting, food, games and more. Click here to register and for more information.

5. Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure

Oct. 14, 7:30 a.m. at 2nd Street and Broadway in downtown Little Rock

Get a team together and take part in this annual race together! This year's route includes crossing the new Broadway Bridge and strollers are welcome. Adult 5K or 2K registration is $30 and youth registration is $20. Participants will all receive a Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure T-shirt.
