It's time to take music education out of the classroom and into the auditorium. From the tuba to the piccolo, this concert is bringing a wide range of fun for all attendees.

The Arkansas Symphony Orchestra's annual children's concert, titled "Superheroes of the Orchestra" will provide education for students in grades three through six in the realms of art, reading and social studies.

The live performance features the full Arkansas Symphony Orchestra and teacher supplements are provided for each school that attends the concert.

Shows will take place on Thursday, Oct. 26 10 a.m. at Bank of the Ozarks Arena in Hot Springs and on Friday, Oct. 27 at 10 a.m. at the Robinson Center in Little Rock.

The program includes fun pieces such as the "Superman March" and the title theme from "The Simpsons" as well as classics including "Stars and Stripes Forever" and "1812 Overture."

Registration for Superheroes of the Orchestra is $5 per personand can be arranged online; the registration deadline is Oct. 15.
