Princess and Superhero Party at Harding University: Kids can enjoy snacks, crafts and fun activities at this sixth annual event from 9-11:30 a.m. Harding students will be dressed as your kids' favorite princesses and superheroes and children are also encouraged to wear their favorite costumes. Essay Writing & Scholarship Workshop: This essay writing workshop is for students ninth grade and above. Instructors will assist with writing essays for a scholarship and assist with filling out a college application. There also be scholarship information given out. Eagle Lake Cruises on Lake Maumelle: Join park interpreters for a cruise on Lake Maumelle to seek wintering bald eagles. Guests often see several eagles and migratory waterfowl. Dress in layers for extreme cold and windy lake weather. Advance registration and payment required: $15 for adults and $8 for children ages 6-12.
