Mission Statement

We see Christ in each student as we guide him in his response to God, aid the development of his known and hidden talents, and foster his growth into manhood.

Learning Environment

Subiaco Academy is a college preparatory day and boarding school dedicated to whole person education in the Benedictine tradition.

School History

Continuing a 1,500-year tradition of Benedictine education, Subiaco monks have shaped the hearts and minds of young men since 1887.

Technology

Technology plays a powerful role in learning at Subiaco. Our goal is to help students master technological skills while using sound judgement. Laptops are provided to each student. Technology is embedded into all courses, especially our STEM curriculum.

Innovative Teaching Methods

The Parallel Curriculum is a first-of-it's kind program focused on well-being, self-awareness, and leadership with integrity.

Exciting Projects

The Well-Being Initiative promotes mental, physical and emotional wellness in Subiaco students. This student-led initiative focuses on education and resources that promote healthy living and healthy choices.

Campus & Facilities

Subiaco Academy is a part of Subiaco Abbey, a working Benedictine monastery located on 1,800 acres. In addition to traditional school facilities, we promote applied learning with a hands-on art studio, soundproof music practice rooms, a woodshop and more.

Scholarships

Tuition assistance is available to qualified families. Subiaco defines financial need as the gap between the cost of tuition and a family's ability to pay.

Extracurricular Activities

Students participate in sports, clubs, religious life, service projects and the arts. Ten competitive sports are offered including the newly added esports. Students choose from more than a dozen clubs.
