The trampoline park trend keeps expanding in central Arkansas, with Maumelle getting their own indoor bounce facility this spring. Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park recently announced plans for its newest franchise to open in the Little Rock area in May 2014.

The 25,000 square-foot facility is a trampoline-walled jump court, complete with angled trampolines that allow daredevils to bounce off the walls. The indoor park includes three dodgeball courts, a basketball court and foam zone.

The space will be available for class field trips and birthday parties, and will host dodgeball tournaments. Plus, families can attend special jump times during the week, including Toddler Time (10:30 a.m.-noon each Wed.) and Homeschool Hop (1:30-3 p.m. Wed.). Those looking for fitness can bounce in the SkyRobics exercise class that promises to help you burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour.

Prices for jumpers are $10 for 30 minutes, $15 for 60 minutes, $20 for 90 minutes and $25 for 120 minutes. Discounts are available when you make reservations online.

Sky Zone will be located at 400 Sharkey Dr., Ste. 1 in Maumelle. More info, including the grand opening date and hours of operation, will be available closer to the May opening. Visit SkyZone.com/LittleRock for more info.
