To develop healthy oral health habits in February, National Children’s Dental Health Month, kids can join Delta Denta'ls "Say No to Cavities" Challenge. To join the challenge, participants (17 and under, please) just need to:

• Brush their teeth twice daily for 2 minutes each

• Floss their teeth once daily

• Track their participation on this “Say No to Cavities” sheet 

• Submit their completed sheet to Delta Dental by March 11. Mail to Delta Dental of Arkansas, P.O. Box 15965, Little Rock, AR 72231 or email to Marketing@deltadentalar.com.
