We know it's 95 degrees outside, but sometimes you just have to power through the heat and humidity to get outside and soak up the summer. And we've got the perfect reason to do just that.

On Saturday, July 13, the Little Rock Zoo is hosting its annual Hiland Dairy Dollar Day, which means that admission is just $1 per person all day long.

Gates will open at 9 a.m. and last admission will be at 5 p.m. with the Zoo closing at 5:30 p.m. In addition to Zoo admissions being $1 all day long, the Zoo will sell Hiland Dairy products for only $1, including cold beverages.

Kids under 3 are admitted for free and parking is also free the day of the event. For more information on amenities and special events happening at the zoo, visit the website here.
