Opening Night of "The Snowy Day" at the Arkansas Arts Center: Enjoy Opening Night Dinner at Canvas restaurant starting at 5 p.m., before the 7 p.m. performance of "The Snowy Day." Freezin’ for a Reason 2018 at Conway High School: The sixth annual Freezin’ for a Reason will feature great food from and activities for whole the family. Runners can participate in either a timed 5K or 10K on a certified course at 9 a.m. Then, all are invited to participate in the “Lap for Life” around 10:30 a.m. The event raises money for Arkansas Children’s Hospital in honor of Charlotte and Stella Mulhearn, who received treatment at ACH. National Ice Cream for Breakfast Day at Loblolly Creamery: Will's Cinnamon Shop and Loblolly Creamery are taking things up a notch with cinnamon roll ice cream sandwiches and sundaes. Tea Party at CALS Main Library: Put on your fancy party clothes and head to the Kids Department at the Main Library for this fun tea party with lots of treats starting at 10:30 a.m. Don't have dress up clothes? No worries, you can borrow some from the library’s closet. FREE!

“The Illusionists - Live From Broadway” at the Robinson Center: A touring magic show formerly on Broadway is coming to the Robinson Center. "The Illusionists" group is made up of a trickster, an inventor, a deductionist, a manipulator and a daredevil. The show is full of comedic magic tricks, death-defying stunts and more! Father-Daughter Dance in the Gene Moss Building at Tyndall Park: This daddy and daughter event is perfect for girls ages 3-12 and their fathers. Winter Discovery Lake Cruises on Lake Maumelle: Come prepared to discover Lake Maumelle as it springs to life, in the middle of winter! Pinnacle Mountain State Park and its surrounding bodies of water host thousands of animals that have migrated south for the winter. A park interpreter will guide the way searching for critters of all kinds that spend the winter around the lake. Advance registration and payment required: $15 for adults and $8 for children ages 6-12.
