BHealthy Farmer's Market at The Promenade at Chenal: Baptist Health BHealthy Farmer's Market is popping up at The Promenade at Chenal Courtyard from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Visitors can shop local produce from more than 10 local farmers, learn about healthy cooking, purchase a Baptist BHealthy cookbook and sample prepared snacks from the Baptist Mobile Kitchen. Heart Health Day at Museum of Discovery: Museum visitors will gain insight into the anatomy and physiology of the heart as well as the importance of exercise, healthy diet and maintaining a healthy lifestyle to improve heart health. Enjoy hands-on activities led by Arkansas Heart Hospital employees and Museum of Discovery Educators. Included in regular museum admission: $10 for adults, $8 for children, free for under one and museum members. Heart Health event goes from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Click here for more information.

Weaving for Kids at South Main Creative: Kids ages 6-12 can learn weaving basics in this fun class with Leigh of Leigh Jacobs Art! Participants will start (and hopefully complete) a small, colorful tapestry weaving incorporating basic weaving, knotting and looping. Recommendations for loom purchases will be available if students would like to keep on weaving! The class goes from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Registration is $30 in advance plus a $10 materials fee at the class. Click here for more details and to sign up.

Little Rock Rangers Soccer at War Memorial Stadium: This soccer team was established in 2016 and plays as part of the National Premier Soccer League. The women play at 5 p.m. and the men follow at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $5 for ages 11 and under and $10 for ages 12 and over. Visit the team's website for more details. 

Evening Canoe Float on the Big Maumelle River: Explore the Big Maumelle River with a park interpreter on this guided canoe float. Meet at the Big Maumelle Pavilion to experience the sunset and watch as the day slowly changes into a peaceful moonlit night. Advance payment ($40 per canoe) and registration are required by calling (501) 868-5806. Meet at 7 p.m. at the Big Maumelle Boat Laaunch at Pinnacle Mountain State Park.

Princess Tea Party at The Castle on Stagecoach: Guests can dress in their fanciest princess attire and enjoy a ride in a horse-drawn carriage from the parking lot to the castle. Each child will take a photo with either The Island Princess, The Little Mermaid or The Frog Princess and receive a tiara and wand before enjoying a three-course tea.
