Whole Foods Kids Club at Whole Foods Market: Enjoy a free snack, visit with a special guest, make a craft and listen to a story read aloud. The fun starts at 10 a.m. Visit the website for more information. FREE!

Twilight Hike at the Little Rock Zoo: Join the Little Rock Zoo to explore the creatures of the night. Learn about owls, bats, frogs and even the night stars! This program from 6-10 p.m. comprises of a night hike around the zoo and with several other activities including a break for s’mores! Fall Fest & Buzzin' BBQ Bash at Bishop Park in BryantActivities include a parade at 11 a.m., cardboard boat race at 9 a.m. and Kidsland open all day long. As part of Fall Fest, don't miss Bryant's Buzzin' BBQ Bash, with delicious BBQ, games, face painting, giveaways, arts and crafts booths, and exclusive carnival food vendors and concessions. Festival in the Park at Two Rivers Park: After this event was rained out last weekend, it's time to head to Two Rivers Park. The festival will feature bounce houses, a 40-foot maze, a construction zone and hero zone. Attendees are encouraged to bring their four-legged friends for a pet parade and “Wizard of Oz”-themed dog costume contest. There will also be food trucks on site as well as a beer garden for parents to enjoy from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Visit the website for details. FREE!

Fellowship & Fun at First United Methodist: Enjoy games and activities while the North Little Rock Police Department and the North Little Rock Fire Department will be in attendance to offer free information and child identification. Sample wild game dishes from hunters in the community or enjoy hamburgers and hot dogs. The event goes from 5-7 p.m. Call 501-835-2201 for more information. FREE!

Friday-Saturday

FestiVille in Jacksonville: Head to Jacksonville for this free annual event featuring carnival rides and games, live entertainment, a chili cook-off, 5K, petting zoo, kids' area, volleyball tournament and more! There will also be concessions and booths to peruse. The fest goes from 3-7 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Saturday. Visit the website for more information. FREE!

Stuffed Animal Sleepover at Chick-Fil-A: Chick-fil-A Chenal & Markham is hosting a sleepover for your kid’s furriest friends! Drop off your stuffed animal on Friday from 6-9 p.m. Chick-Fil-A staff will take pictures of all the shenanigans they get into while staying the night! “Curious George: The Golden Meatball” at the Arkansas Arts Center Children’s Theatre: Look out! Curious George is buzzing and bouncing with excitement. The Man with the Yellow Hat can hardly keep up. And why is this mischievous monkey so wound up? Because it’s Meatball Day! Hang out with your favorite monkey at the season opener at the Children’s Theatre.
