Friday

Little Rock Science Challenge at Hillary Clinton Children's Library: The Little Rock Science Challenge is an afternoon of exciting science activities for elementary school students, including making homemade ice cream and exploring paper airplane physics! The event combines fun with science concepts in each activity and goes from 3:30-5:30 p.m. Pre-registration on the website is preferred. FREE!

Kids Night Out at Painted Pig Studio: Time for a date night! Leave the kids at Painted Pig for some artsy fun while you head out for your own fun evening. This instructor-led night is for kids ages 7 and up, and includes pizza and a project! Kids will be expected to be able to sit and work on their project and follow directions from the staff. Registration is $30 per child and the event goes from 6-8 p.m. Click here to register.

Arkansas Autism Speaks Walk at Clinton Presidential Center: Walk and fundraise together alongside hundreds of other Arkansans with a heart for autism. Funds raised help ensure people of all abilities have access to the tools needed to lead their best lives. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. Click here to sign up and for more details.

Harvest Festival at The Bramble Market: Celebrate all things autumn! Expect vendors, hayrides, pumpkin decorating, food trucks and more at this fall fest. Proceeds benefit Joe T. Robinson Middle school and the West Pulaski Fire Department. The fun lasts from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Admission is $2 per person. For more info, click here.

Wynken, Blynken and Nod: A Play for the Very Young at Hillary Clinton Children's Library: Toddlers and preschoolers will delight in the enchanting and whimsical journey of Wynken, Blynken, and Nod as they sail away one magical night and meet the mystical Moon! Inspired by Eugene Field’s poem and presented by Arkansas Arts Center Children's Theatre on Tour, this 45-minute interactive musical explores the fantasy world of dreams. Audience members see, touch, and participate throughout the play. Showtime is 10 a.m. Visit the website for more information. FREE!

Fancyful Princess Ball at Junior League: Visit with 10 fairytale princesses at this event, desgined for for children ages 3-8. Little attendees are encouraged to wear their favorite princess dress or costume and adults are welcome to dress in their "fancy" attire as well. Guests will get enjoy a dance performance by the princesses, take pictures at the photo booth, meet and greet the princesses and more. Two balls take place at 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. at the Junior League of Little Rock. Tickets are $30. Click here for more information.

Fall Festival at Little Rock Montessori School North Campus: Have fun at the petting zoo, jump house, cake walk, trunk or treat, face painting, food trucks, silent auction and with lots of games! Children’s Health Fair at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church: Our Lady of Good Counsel’s Faith and Health Ministry will host their first bilingual Children’s Health Fair featuring healthy cooking demonstrations from Hillary Clinton Children’s Library and a fire truck and ambulance on site. Little Rock YoungLives' Family Fall Festival at Sweet Wood Acres: There will be animals to see, pumpkins to paint, lots of games and memories to be made! All of the proceeds go to Little Rock YoungLives which is a faith based outreach program for teen moms. Tickets are $30 per family or $8 per person.
