6. Awesome Science Zoom hosted by CALS and the Museum of Discovery 

As part of their Summer Reading Club, CALS has partnered with the Museum of Discovery to bring kids and families weekly science fun at home. 

The Details: 

When: Thursday | 1 p.m.

7. Cirque Italia 

Cirque Italia is pirating the high seas to present its brand new production right here in Little Rock. Join ringmaster Clown Rafinha as a regular day of fishing turns into an unexpected treasure hunt in which he must conquer choppy waters and defeat pirates who wish to claim the treasure for themselves.

8. 2nd Friday Art Night

This month, 2nd Friday Art Night will offer a mix of virtual and in-person elements. The virtual participants include Historic Arkansas Museum, CALS and UALR Downtown. For the in-person portion, the Old State House will host a family-friendly concert on the lawn from three ensembles from the US Army 106th band. The fun starts at 5:30 p.m.

9. Grab and Go at a Local Farmer’s Market
