  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon juiced (2 tablespoons)

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

If you’re trying to create a pumpkin fan, try this one! It’s easy to sneak some of pumpkin’s nutrition into your dinner menu without overwhelming pumpkin flavor.

  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 15 ounce cans white northern or navy beans, rinsed and drained
  • 15 ounce can pumpkin puree, or homemade
  • 4.5 ounce canned chopped green chile
  • 2 cups low sodium chicken broth, check labels for GF
  • kosher salt and pepper to taste
