In honor of the 65th Anniversary of Charles Schulz’s Peanuts, the Library hosts two temporary exhibitions on loan from the Charles M. Schulz Museum and Research Center in Santa Rosa, California.
"Pigskin in Peanuts" includes 50 Sunday and daily comic strips that demonstrate the fun Schulz had with the sport of football.
Love is everywhere in Peanuts—Charlie Brown loves the Little Red-Haired Girl, Lucy adores Schroeder, Sally pursues Linus—but sadly these sentiments are rarely returned. Experience the joys and sorrows of unrequited love Peanuts-style in the exhibition, "Heartbreak in Peanuts."
Library hours: 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Mon.-Sat. & 1-5 p.m. Sun.
