Every year, the U.S. Department of Agriculture Summer Food Service Program provides nutritious meals to children in low-income families while school is not in session. Meals are completely free and available to children ages 18 years and under.

Summer meal sites are located in schools, community centers, churches and more. There's no application process for children to receive free summer meals, and the program does not interfere with any other benefits a family or child may be receiving.

There are now summer feeding sites in all 75 counties in Arkansas. You can find a USDA-authorized Summer Meal Site close to you at FNS.USDA.Gov/SummerFoodRocks, by calling 1-866-3-HUNGRY, or by texting FOOD to 877 877.
