Parents need a night out sometimes. A kids' night out is a great way to get parents some time to themselves, as well.

Impact Martial Arts hosts a Spring Kids' Night Out from 6-10 p.m. on April 21. Parents can drop kids off starting at 6 p.m. and they'll play martial arts games, eat pizza and socialize until 10 p.m.

The martial arts studio claims to help kids tackle self-esteem issues, exercise, defend themselves and increase their confidence, according to their website. The studio is described as a "daycare alternative" on the site.

The cost of the night is $20 per child. For more information, call (501) 224-1222 or visit Impact Martial Arts' website.
