Chef Paul Novicky (remember his excellent restaurant Spaule in the Heights?) is adding dishes that are 600 calories (or less) to his Dinner to Go program at the Anthony School kitchen, 7700 Ohio St., Little Rock Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

This week's 600-calorie choices are ginger-dusted baked tilapia with couscous and sun-dried cranberry/mango salsa and chicken/portabella ravioli with red bell pepper beurre blanc and grilled vegetable ratatouille. To view the full menu click here.

Dinner To Go consists of freshly made individual single portion dinners packaged in microwavable reusable containers for $6 each. Payment is requested by cash or check.

Diners who bring back 25 of the black two-compartment containers with clear lids for recycling will receive a free dinner for two.

To subscribe to DTG, send an e-mail to paulcooks@culinary-consultants.com with your name and phone number from which you will be texting your order.

Each week's menu will be sent to you via e-mail on Mondays.

To order, send a text to (501) 519-3078 with the day you want your order, menu item(s), quantities and pickup time by 5 p.m. Monday. Dinner selections are labeled A, B or C to simplify texting (example: Tues: A-2, B-1, C-3).

Dinners can be picked up at the Anthony School at the time you choose when ordering --  follow the signs.

A limited Grab N Go menu is usually available from 3:30-5:30 p.m. Thursday. No need to text an order -- just come 'n' get it.
