The 78th Texas League All-Star Game takes the diamond at Dickey-Stephens Park this Tuesday, June 24. Families can expect a great game, as well as a full afternoon of family fun.

The gates will open at 3 p.m. for guests to enjoy tons of special attractions, including a rock wall, mechanical bull, fire breathers, live music and more. From 4-6 p.m., visitors can hop in a hot air balloon for a tethered ride into the sky.

Watch the All-Star Batting Practice at 3:15 p.m., with the North Division on the field for an hour, followed by an hour of South Division practice. Each team will wrap up their batting practices by signing autographs in the dugouts for 15 minutes.

At 6 p.m., enjoy the All-Star Home Run Derby presented by the Heart of Arkansas United Way. Former Traveler and Cardinal Rick Ankiel and former Braves slugger Ryan Klesko will captain three-man teams, each of which will raise money for the Arkansas United Way.

Finally, the All-Star Game time is 7:10 p.m. -- batter up!
