Arkansas Travelers Play at Dickey-Stephens Park: Take us out to the ballgame! The Travs are playing at home this weekend against Midland. Friday is clunker car night and the game starts at 7:10 p.m. On Saturday the first pitch is at 6:10 p.m. with pre-game midget wrestling. Sunday's 2:10 p.m. game is a Praise FM Family Game which means that the whole family gets into the stadium for $10 with a church bulletin! Second Saturday at the Little Rock Farmers Market: The Little Rock Farmers Market is celebrating National Farmers Market Week with special guests and fun activities from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Visit the food drive, stop by a gardening booth and spend time at the petting zoo. Boosters & Big Rigs at the Jack Stephens Center: Boosters & Big Rigs is a family-friendly, free community event that provides children with dental, vision and wellness screenings from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Kids can explore and touch community vehicles, such as ambulances, fire trucks, police cars and more. Meteor Shower Mania at Pinnacle Mountain State Park: View shooting stars from the middle of Lake Maumelle! Join a park interpreter on a guided cruise from 9-10:30 p.m. to learn about stars and constellations then watch a slice of the annual Perseid meteor shower. Princess Tea Party at The Castle on Stagecoach: Guests can dress in their fanciest princess attire and enjoy a ride in a horse-drawn carriage from the parking lot to the castle. Each child will take a photo with either Cinderella, Beauty or Sleeping Beauty and receive a tiara and wand before enjoying a three-course tea.
