Youth Fishing Derby at Pinnacle Mountain State Park: Head to the environmental education pond for some early morning fishing fun! Anglers ages 13 and under can bring their own bait and tackle and compete to win prizes at this derby. Nearly 400 catfish were released into the pond for the event. Click here for more info. FREE!

PK Grills Cookout at War Memorial Stadium: This annual event and it is going to be bigger and better than ever with free cooking demonstrations throughout the day, cooking competitions, a kids zone and food and beverage trucks. Love Your Dog Day at The Promenade at Chenal: It’s a celebration of all things dog! A massive pet adoption event, lots of activities to enjoy your pups, demonstrations and a celebrity pet wash where your dog can enjoy a spa-treatment at the hands of local media celebrities! Mother & Son Superhero Day at ArtLab: This day is just for moms and their little superheroes, where they'll get to design their own superhero persona. The class is recommended for boys ages 3 and up; call 501-379-9175 to register. Registration is $45 per mother-son duo and $10 for each additional son. Travs vs. Tulsa Drillers at Dickey-Stephens Park: The Travs play three home games this weekend, with fun promotions including a TV remote dig happening on Friday!
