  • Knive

  • Grill, grilling pan, skillet or baking sheet 

  • Small mixing bowl

  • Measuring spoons


  • Fresh or canned pineapple cut, cored, then sliced into rounds

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • Pinch of cinnamon


  1. Place the pineapple rounds on the grill, grilling pan, skillet or even on a greased baking sheet (if using an oven). 

  2. Grill pineapple slices until they begin to develop grill marks or slight charring. On the stovetop, use medium heat and grill about two minutes per side. 

  3. Meanwhile, mix honey and yogurt in a bowl, stirring until smooth with a spoon. Add cinnamon and combine.

Plate grilled pineapple slices and drizzle honey-yogurt mixture over to taste.
