College attending:Undecided, but currently ranked number one on my acceptance list is Grinnell College

Career goal:While my career goals are not set in stone, I would like to study neuroscience, psychology and design, and then use the knowledge I gain to further those fields and to benefit others. I think I would really enjoy biomedical research or clinical psychology.

Favorite memory from high school: I volunteered at the eStem Block Party for the Science Booth in September 2014. Our booth was a part of the High School Science Club; the head of the club, a few members and I stood in the shade of a small canopy and showed elementary and middle school kids how pressure creates bottle rockets, how to mix water and cornstarch to make a non-Newtonian fluid, and how fun science can be. I had a wonderful time; we got messy, we got tired, but most importantly we got kids excited about learning science, and it was excellent.
