Everyone's favorite nanny is taking the stage this summer at Murry's Dinner Playhouse — and it's going to be a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious show.

"Marry Poppins" is taking a musical adventure with Bert, Michael, Jane and others as her classic story comes to life on stage. The Broadway musical has received nominations for seven Tony Awards, including Best Musical, and is great for kids (and adults) of all ages.

Based off the books by P.L. Travers and the Disney movie, the show follows Marry Poppins, a magical yet prim and proper nanny, on her adventures with the Banks children in London.

The musical runs at Murry's Dinner Playhouse from July 10-Aug. 24. Dinner is served before each evening performance and lunch befor matinee performances. The performance schedule is:

  • Tuesday-Saturday: dinner at 6 p.m., curtain at 7:30 p.m.
  • Sunday and Wednesday Matinees: lunch at 11 a.m., curtain at 12:45 p.m. Wednesday matinees occur only on the first, second, and third Wednesdays of the production.
  • Sunday Evenings: dinner at 5:30 p.m., curtain at 6:45 p.m.

Meals are served all-you-can-eat buffet style and the menu, including entrees, sides, salads and desserts, is themed around the show
