Can't get enough movies, TV, music and audiobooks?

The Central Arkansas Library System is now offering a special service called Hoopla Digital that allows library card users to stream thousands of movies, TV shows, music and audiobooks. And the best part? It's free.

Here's how it works: If you're accessing Hoopla Digital on your PC or Mac, visit www.CALS.org and click "Digital Movie Catalog" on the left-hand side under "Quick Links." Then, all you have to do is sign into your CALS account and start streaming all of the video content, music albums and audiobooks that you want.

If you're using a smartphone or tablet, you must download the Hoopla Digital app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Sign in to your account via the app to borrow any of the thousands of titles that are available. You may stream titles through the app or download it for later offline viewing/listening. Once your checkout expires, the downloaded item will disappear from your device.

Create a Hoopla account here.

Borrowed content may be accessed anytime during the checkout period, on any device. Checkout periods are as follows:

  • Movies and Television Episodes — 3 days (72 hours)
  • Music Albums — 7 days
  • Audiobooks — 21 days
